ReVITALized Wellness, PLLC provides virtual mental health services for adults (18+) who are physically located in Texas at the time of their appointment. All care is delivered through a secure telehealth platform.
Our services focus on assessment, medication management, and ongoing support to promote emotional well-being, stability, and improved quality of life.

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
The initial psychiatric evaluation is a comprehensive assessment designed to better understand your mental health needs.

During this visit, we review:

Medical and psychiatric history

Current symptoms and concerns
-
How symptoms impact daily functioning, work, relationships, and overall well-being
Initial evaluations typically last 45–60 minutes, and may be longer based on individual needs. This visit is focused on assessment and determining appropriate next steps for care.
Medication Management Follow-Up
Medication management follow-up visits are conducted to monitor symptoms, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make medication adjustments when clinically appropriate.

These visits typically last 20–30 minutes and include:

Review of current symptoms and progress

Discussion of medication response and side effects

Treatment adjustments when indicated
While these visits are not psychotherapy sessions, general support and recommendations may be provided to encourage healthy coping strategies and behavioral changes. Patients who require more in-depth therapy are referred to licensed therapists or counselors.
Telehealth Care Model
All services at ReVITALized Wellness, PLLC are provided via telehealth. This allows patients to access care in a private, comfortable setting while maintaining continuity and consistency in treatment.
To ensure safety and quality of care:

Patients must be in a stationary, private location during appointments

Video must remain on throughout the visit

Appointments cannot be conducted while driving

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will result in a $75.00 fail-to-cancel / no-show fee
