Getting Started With ReVITALized Wellness
ReVITALized Wellness, PLLC provides telehealth mental health services for adults (18+) located in Texas and New Mexico. Services provided to patients located in New Mexico are self-pay only, and controlled substances are not prescribed in that state.
All new patients must complete a prospective patient request before an appointment can be scheduled.
This process helps ensure we are the right fit for your care needs and allows us to review availability prior to scheduling.
Care is provided by Dr. Charmeka Lipscomb, DNP, MBA, MHA, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified nurse practitioner with advanced training in both family and psychiatric mental health care.

Fees & Policies (Summary)

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will result in a $75.00 fail-to-cancel / no-show fee

FMLA, disability paperwork, work accommodations, and emotional support letters are not completed during initial visits

We do not provide ESA letters but here are some options.
