ReVITALized Wellness, PLLC provides telehealth mental health services for adults (18+) located in Texas and New Mexico. We accept select insurance plans for Texas patients, as well as self-pay options.
Services provided to patients located in New Mexico are self-pay only. Controlled substances are not prescribed to patients located in New Mexico.
Insurance coverage and benefits vary by plan. Patients are responsible for understanding their individual coverage, including copays, deductibles, and any balances not covered by insurance.

Self-pay options are available for patients who prefer to pay out of pocket or whose insurance is not accepted.
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation:
$300.00
Comprehensive mental health assessment.
Medication Management Follow-Up:
$150.00
Ongoing visits focused on monitoring symptoms and adjusting treatment when appropriate.
Payment is due at the time of service.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Fail-to-Cancel / No-Show Fee:
$100.00
Appointments that are missed or canceled the same day without adequate notice will result in a $75.00 fee, regardless of visit type. This fee applies to all scheduled appointments.
