Dr. Charmeka Lipscomb
DNP, MBA, MHA, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC
Dr. Charmeka Lipscomb is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing telehealth mental health care for adults located in Texas.
She brings over 25 years of nursing experience and more than 13 years as a nurse practitioner, with a professional background that spans direct patient care, mental health services, and HIV care.

Education & Professional Background
Dr. Lipscomb earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. Early in her career, she explored healthcare leadership and completed a dual master’s degree in Business Administration and Healthcare Administration from Texas Woman’s University.
While working as an Associate Unit Manager for Parkland Health’s HIV Outpatient Services, she discovered her first true passion: HIV care. This experience led her to return to Texas Woman’s University to earn her Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

After completing nurse practitioner training, Dr. Lipscomb joined Metrocare Services, where she discovered her second passion: mental health care. This led her to pursue a post-master’s certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. She later earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Chatham University.
Clinical Focus & Philosophy
Dr. Lipscomb believes that mental health is just as important as physical health. Her approach to care is patient-centered, evidence-based, and focused on helping individuals improve emotional well-being, daily functioning, and overall quality of life.
Through ReVITALized Wellness, she provides telehealth services designed to be accessible, respectful, and supportive, while maintaining clear professional boundaries and high clinical standards.

ReVITALized Wellness, PLLC was founded in response to the ongoing shortage of mental health providers and the growing need for accessible care. The practice is committed to providing affordable, high-quality mental health services through a secure telehealth model.
ReVITALized Wellness currently serves adults 18 years and older who are physically located in Texas at the time of their appointment.
Author & Advocate
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Lipscomb is also an author and mental health advocate. Through writing and education, she works to reduce stigma, increase awareness, and encourage open conversations around mental health and wellness.

Her work as an author complements her clinical practice by supporting patient education and empowerment.
